Refund Policy – Digital Products Only

We sell digital products, which are delivered instantly via download or email.
Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Since digital products cannot be returned or “unused,” we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital item once the purchase is completed.
This includes:

Any downloadable or viewable digital content
Once a product is delivered to your email or download link, it is deemed “used.”
2. Exceptions (Only If Applicable)
We may consider a refund only under the following rare situations:
✔️ Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, contact us within 24 hours and provide proof. We will review and process a refund for the duplicate order.
✔️ Technical Issues (Unusable File)
If the file is:

cannot be opened

download link not working
We will replace the file at no additional cost.
If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.
✔️ Wrong File Delivered
If you receive the wrong digital product, we will send the correct file immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

File not compatible with your device/software

You “didn’t like” the digital product

You expected something else

You downloaded the product successfully

5. Unauthorized Transactions
